This book spoke to me. We all have times when we wonder if unseen help is out there. Looking back, we see how things worked out even when they seemed impossible. It reminds us that delays are not denials and release brings peace. Some lessons take a while to sink in. A wise and inspiring read.

"God's Not Done with You Yet: You're Being Prepared for Something Greater" by Robert Lacy is a heartfelt and inspiring read that offers encouragement to those feeling stuck or uncertain about their path. Lacy combines personal anecdotes, scriptural insights, and practical advice to remind readers that challenges and delays are often part of a divine preparation process. The book emphasizes trusting God's plan, understanding that setbacks are not denials, and embracing the journey with faith. It's a comforting reminder that our stories are still being written, and greater things are ahead.

Several things leapt out at me from this book. We all have times in life where we doubt if there really is unseen help. As time goes on, giving reflection to all the times when things felt hopeless, and then remembering how they managed to turn around in the end, this book gives important reminders of that. Reminders like "why delays aren't denials, they are just delays to prepare you for more", and "the power of surrender and letting go of the things you can't control" are important reminders that some of us, myself included, have needed to hear many multiple times for it to really sink in and trust it. A point comes when you see the pattern. A very insightful book and recommended.
